It is registered in the Andalusian Government (Consejer\u00eda de Turismo y Deporte) as an Active Tourism Company with the code No. AT \/ MA \/ 00345.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Terms and Conditions for the service provision:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In case the guide decides to postpone the activity, due to weather conditions or problems outside the organization, the activity will be canceled and the host will get a refund (100% of the cost), or a New date proposed by the company.<\/p>\n<p>The participants accept the publication of the photographs taken during the different activities, in the web malagaactivatours.com or in other platforms that <strong>Malaga Activa Tours<\/strong> considers opportune, like facebook or Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Only when the participants communicate their desire of not publishing their image in any medium, <strong>Malaga Activa Tours<\/strong> will not use the photographs taken during the different activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obligations of the Participant:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Participants who hire any of the services provided by <strong>M\u00e1laga Activa Tours<\/strong> are aware that they will carry out an activity of active tourism or adventure sport, assuming the risks of the activity and the possibility of suffering a fortuitous accident in the natural environment.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will follow the instructions indicated by the guide who is the responsible of the activity.In case that a participant in the trip ignore the indications of the guides, <strong>M\u00e1laga Activa Tours<\/strong> will not be responsible for their acts.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will be required to notify <strong>M\u00e1laga Activa Tours<\/strong> if they suffer from any type of illness or disability that could alter the normal functioning of the activity.<\/p>\n<p>The guides will have the power to deny participation to those participants who do not carry the appropriate equipment for the activity or lack the appropriate physical condition for the effort they must make, not giving any refund.<\/p>\n<p>Minor participants must always be accompanied by a Father, Mother or Guardian, and they must sign a document authorizing the participation of the minor in the activity.<\/p>\n<p>The participant is responsible for the equipment that is borrowed for the realization of the activity and must return it completely at the end of it. In case of loss of any of the elements during the course of the activity, he\/she must pay its value.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1laga Activa Tours<\/strong> will not be responsible of any damage or deterioration that could be attributed to a participant for his bad use of the facilities or spaces used to carry out the activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservations and subscriptions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Participants will make reservations by phone or through the website www.malagaactivatours.com where they will be asked for a series of data necessary to identify the participants and include them in the different policies we have subscribed.<\/p>\n<p>Reservations will be valid for 24 hours. If during this period it has not been paid the reservation will be canceled and the places will be available.<\/p>\n<p>All activities are prepaid.<\/p>\n<p>They can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In case the participants cancel their participation in the activity, they will be refunded as follows:\u00a0<strong>100% refund<\/strong> when the cancellation is communicated with at least <strong>3 days before the activity.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0% refund<\/strong> of the amount delivered when the cancellation is made <strong>between 3 days before and the same day of the activity.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The fact of not showing up on the day of the activity will not imply any refund. In case the <strong>weather conditions<\/strong> are dangerous to the integrity of the participants, the trip will be postponed to another date at the proposal of the company, or <strong>the activity will be canceled with 100% refund of the cost.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The fact of participating in any of the activities of <strong>M\u00e1laga Activa Tours<\/strong>, implies the total acceptance by the participant of the general conditions, which have contract validity.<\/p>\n<p>In case a participant enrolls several participants or a group, he will be obliged to communicate the general conditions established here to the rest of the participants registered by him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1laga Activa Tours <\/strong>will be responsible to provide all the food included in the experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1laga Activa Tours<\/strong> will provide the services within the legal framework of the current Tourism and Active Tourism regulations in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1laga Activa Tours<\/strong> accomplishes with the guidelines of the <a href=\"http:\/\/malagaactivatours.com\">European Data Protection Regulation<\/a> 2016\/679 of April 27, 2016 and other regulations that guarantee the correct use and treatment of the user&#8217;s personal data.<\/p>\n<p>You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, portability or opposition, by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@malagaactivatours.com\">info@malagaactivatours.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the treatment will be to contact users to provide information on the services offered by the company and their treatment as clients.<\/p>\n<p>The participant can make any type of claim in the control authority, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
